In 2020 we consolidated the assets and business functions of our multiple companies under TrafficSoup LLC and moved everything to the state of Florida. This allowed us to create a small but vibrant company with two distinct business lines:
We began managing the digital media assets ( content ) of one client in 2004. Today we create, manage and distribute over 200 terabytes of digital media for select individual clients, influencers and corporations. The company also owns over 500 domains distributing traffic and generating revenue across a diverse spectrum of subjects.
Our property development business began as a luxury, boutique, vacation property development company specializing in providing luxury properties & a boutique experience to vacationers in the state’s prestigious Northwest corridor. It expanded to include properties in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and the Lakes Region of Maine.
Location, quality and customer service allowed us to flourish. Success however highlighted a flaw in our business model. Each property became like running a B&B & we simply couldn’t manage the multiple properties across three states effectively.
Fortunately, these properties were in high demand and were quickly sold, each to a former guest.
We took what we learned from that business and continue to develop luxury properties in
premiere locations. Most , we now turn around and sell. Others we keep and lease out to
corporations as executive rentals or lease to studios for influencer media development.
